Due to the limited participant capacity, extensive logistical preparation, international production commitments, and significant upfront operational costs involved in organizing this immersion, all payments are considered non-refundable.

By confirming participation, participants understand that their reserved space directly impacts group capacity, production planning, accommodations, transportation, and overall retreat logistics.

In the event that a participant becomes unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, any potential refund requests will only be considered if the participant's space can be successfully filled by another approved applicant before the experience reaches full capacity.

Any approved refund in this scenario would exclude:

• payment processing fees,
• currency conversion fees,
• administrative fees,
• and any operational costs already incurred.

Refund decisions remain at the discretion of the organizers and are dependent on the successful replacement of the participant's reserved space.

If you choose an installment payment option, you commit to completing all scheduled payments for the full agreed amount. Payment plans are not cancel-anytime memberships.

If you decide not to attend, withdraw, discontinue participation, or are unable to participate for any reason, you remain responsible for completing all remaining payments agreed upon at checkout.

This experience has a limited number of participant spaces and significant logistical preparation is required in advance. If for any reason you become unable to attend after confirming your participation, you agree to inform the organization as soon as possible by contacting hi@georginacapdevila.com so that we may responsibly manage the space and, where possible, offer the opportunity to another participant.

Participants on payment plans will automatically be charged using the same payment method on the same date each month corresponding to the initial payment date. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure payment information remains updated and valid.

Failure to complete agreed payments may result in removal from the experience and loss of participation access without refund.

Participants are responsible for:

• securing their own international and domestic flights unless otherwise stated,
• obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documentation if required,
• arranging travel insurance,
• and ensuring they are physically, mentally, emotionally, and medically fit to participate.

The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to the schedule, facilitators, activities, accommodations, transportation, or logistics if necessary due to weather conditions, travel disruptions, local circumstances, safety considerations, or unforeseen events.

The organizers are not responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, injuries, losses, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, emergencies, political situations, or other force majeure circumstances.

Participation in the experience is conditional upon completing and agreeing to the separate participant application, declaration, consent, and responsibility waiver form.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the Noke Koi community, traditions, land, facilitators, and fellow participants throughout the experience.
